No, it's different. Same homepage, but different code.
Upstream is releasing gettext-commons as .jar and -src.tar.gz; while gettext-
ant-tasks is a different thing and released only as .jar.
I already opened an issue there to ask for the source code; in the meanwhile I
uploaded a SVN snapshot to NEW (revision 203, which is version 0.9.7).
