I'm using a 23 line high 7 inch EEEPC 702.
I can see only 9 services at a time.
Let's try aptitude.
No lines wasted. All lines useful. Borders with maximum width 1.
Emacs, vi, the same.
I don't know why it is so important for the user to stare at all those
blank lines in rcconf.
