In your original bug report, you say your wiki is not globally
accessible though you selected “global access” in response to the
debconf question.

Thus, I cannot see how it could be a problem of priority, as you did get
the question. With a higher priority, more people would get this
question, but that would not change the fact that it could “fail to set
the global network”.

So, for yhis bug I still do not understand, could you attach your
/etc/apache2/conf.d/dokuwiki.conf, and try to restart apache2 with it
corrected? Or, if you can, try with the newer version of dokuwiki from
testing?

However, changing this priority could be a good idea. The
debconf-devel(7) manual says:
> medium Normal items that have reasonable defaults.
> high   Items that don't have a reasonable default.
Here, I think we have a reasonable default, but given the importance of
this setting, people could prefer to be prompted for their choice.
Would you have any advice about that?
