libmng currently build-depends on the obsolete automake1.7, but does not use it anywhere (nor the autoconf build dependency, but since that's not obsolete it doesn' hurt). Please drop it, or use "automake" if you want to go back to autoreconfiscation during build. Thank you for considering!
