Their is a page on DokuWiki's wiki that document such a setup, that they
call “farming”: <http://www.dokuwiki.org/tips:farm>, if that can help
you.

It requires adding some code to the DokuWiki installation, though, and
this code seems to be subject to the CC-BY-NC-SA license of the whole
wiki. Thus, I am afraid I cannot add that into Debian yet. I shall try
to find the author of that code to see if he can relicense it to a free
license. Or rewrite it, when I understand what it does, as it is not a
huge script.
