If the sysadmin has installed apt-listchanges or apt-listbugs (etc) and one
of these scripts scrips asks for confirmation, then synaptic won't indicate
this to the syadmin. The sysadmin can only tell that this has occured by
unfolding the apt I/O section ("show details").
It would be better if synaptic could tell when apt is blocked reading
STDIO and then alert the sysadmin to this.
