I definitely have the time :) in fact I've posted FOUR RFSs for it so far, but after no response whatsoever I thought I'd wait until a better time :P The packaging in our SVN trunk (under packaging) represents my efforts so far, and should be completely in line with standards (except for the standards version, and 3.8.3 -> 3.8.4 doesn't really affect things). Note that the package is now split into seven components, core and clients, and also requires Adam Plumbs thunarx-python extension (also packaged, available here: http://github.com/adamplumb/thunarx-python, but he doesn't appear to have added my packaging to his repo yet).
