Russ is running a large number of clients, I'm using storedconfigs with mysql, have since they first came available and am running 0.25 right now. I didn't need to setup any special ApacheMQ or puppetqd, but I have a dedicated machine for puppetmaster and the storedconfigs database is specifically only used for puppet on that machine. The client numbers are probably also crucial here, I suspect Russ' numbers are much more than mine, and you should always expect scaling issues and have to adjust accordingly. However, I *think* Bastian is perhaps asking if there are any known working storedconfig setups with postgresql? micah
