Package: tomcat6 Version: 6.0.24-2 Severity: normal Hi,
After todays tomcat6 upgrade (migrated to 'testing'), tomcat6 fails to start so I tried a fresh install. The first issue is that a log of garbage is printed on pkg removal (see attached file for the console log). The problem seems to be for a missing '/' at the beginning of the path, for example: var/lib/tomcat6/common/classes instead of /var/lib/tomcat6/common/classes Thanks -- System Information: Debian Release: squeeze/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing'), (500, 'unstable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.32-2-686 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages tomcat6 depends on: ii adduser 3.112 add and remove users and groups ii tomcat6-common 6.0.24-2 Servlet and JSP engine -- common f Versions of packages tomcat6 recommends: ii authbind 1.2.0 Allows non-root programs to bind() Versions of packages tomcat6 suggests: pn tomcat6-admin <none> (no description available) pn tomcat6-docs <none> (no description available) pn tomcat6-examples <none> (no description available) pn tomcat6-user <none> (no description available) -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
