I've the already reported upstream problem with disapearing datasets. E.g as soon as i create a second zfs filesystem on the same pool the first one disappears and is unreachable till i delete the second filesystem. This problem is fixed in the special branch origin/critical in http://git.zfs-fuse.net/official.
