Package: spamassassin Version: 3.3.0-1 Severity: normal On upgrading with AWL configuration lines in local.cf, e.g.,
auto_whitelist_factory Mail::SpamAssassin::SQLBasedAddrList ...this happens: Setting up spamassassin (3.3.0-1) ... Your options are: Y or I : install the package maintainer's version N or O : keep your currently-installed version D : show the differences between the versions Z : background this process to examine the situation The default action is to keep your current version. *** local.cf (Y/I/N/O/D/Z) [default=N] ? However, no mention of this is made in news or changelogs. One of those should inform SA users that if they want to continue using AWL with this version, they need to add "loadplugin Mail::SpamAssassin::Plugin::AWL" to a local.pre; or alternatively remove AWL configuration lines from local.cf, or else the upgrade fails.
