Justification: renders package unusable
Nanoblogger generates the permalinks, but the links to the permalink
page on the main page is busted, it is missing the archives/ prefix.
You can see an example of this at the following URL:
http://reactor-core.org/~djw/myblog
The problem persists whether or not the ABSOLUTE_LINKS variable is
turned off or on.
In my configuration I have enabled ARCHIVE_ENTRIES and PERMALINKS.
BLOG_URL is set to "http://reactor-core.org/~djw/myblog";
Everything else in blog.conf is standard.
