Current development is happening on github: http://github.com/jonocole/lastfm-desktop These days, jonocole's and eartle's are the forks to watch. I believe that Jono will be managing releases. > Right, but with the development speed, when will that be? > I'm going to have a peek at how hard implementing this would be tonight, > who knows :) I really don't know. My guess is: "Long after you get fed up and implement something yourself" ;) They once hoped for a release in May 2009, I filed an ITP in July (#537200), but a lot of staff churn significantly slowed things down. Development has picked up recently, but the radio player doesn't look suitable for regular use yet. Doh! I just remembered: the current client includes a portaudio plugin for OSX. Also a long while ago I added multi-sound.diff to the msk branch of my repository: git://git.mehercule.net/lastfm.git It's rather klunky, but it was the best I could do at the time without changing things all over the place. Basically, it gives you support for drop-in audio plugins. I just pushed a commit that will get the portaudio plugin compiling on linux. Care to give it a shot? quilt push the patches up through multi-sound, then ./configure; make; bin/last.fm.sh -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
