As that package fixes many issues still found in debian package 0.6.19-1. The patch for the doc/Makefile.* files can be dropped with 0.6.20, as this was fixed upstream. All other changes are build-related and are still needed. OpenCT 0.6.20 mostly fixes the new Rutoken S driver.
