I have upgraded to testing yesterday and also got this message. 1. Please add line breaks per problem. At the moment the list of problems is really hard to read.
2. It would be nice if you can save a copy of the wiki in /usr/share/doc, particularly the paragraph about fixing the problems. 3. If I did not miss something another solution to fix "package X removed but not purged" is to install the new package and if necessary to remove it again. Thus the initscript is updated and should contain all LSB fields.
