Package: dhcp3-client
Version: 3.1.3-2
Severity: normal

/sbin/dhclient-scipt uses interface-mtu option received from DHCP server
to set MTU of interface only if the MTU is bigger than 576.

IMHO it should be
* changed (removed)
OR
* interface-mtu option 576 or lower should be used to set MTU of default route

Background: currently debian completly ignores inteface-mtu equal 576 received
from cable router (single crossover ethernet cable "network").
