Thanks for your report. I think what is most logic for the radeontool
package is to be built on those architectures where the
xserver-xorg-video-radeon is built. We could for instance add a false
build dependency. However I see that xserver-xorg-video-radeon is
built on most architectures anyway (including mips, and as
interesting, s390). So I'd suggest you contact the
xserver-xorg-video-ati maintainer and we will follow suit.
