Confirming this one too (though I don't think its is necessary :) )
However, I think the problem occured because of updating both libnm-util1 and network-manager packages. These should not have been released into testing repositories, please remove them.

The fix that worked for me (for now at least) is to downgrade both packages to version 0.7.2 as they were just before the upgrade. Luckily, both packages are still available in the "Squeeze/testing" section of packages.debian.org: http://packages.debian.org/testing

Once more:
Please remove those packages from testing.

I can't understand why they even made it into testing, with those bugs already known and unsolved from unstable...
