I state in the file where you can get the current ones, which is what you
should do because it's much of a moving target and even diverges per
suite.  See `https://buildd.debian.org/quinn-diff/'.  There's no single
Packages-arch-specific you can use anyway.  And for the usecase of a
few packages you can also add them yourself to the one in `/etc'.

And seriously: we cannot update quinn-diff on every update to P-a-s.
It would get out-of-date again.  See [1] for the current repository.
