Thank you for reporting this. Unfortunately I'm not a techical writer so
I mostly just copied the description from the upstream project (when I
initially created the package). Could you make a suggestion of what it
should look like?
The current upstream description is
"Cppcheck is an analysis tool for C/C++ code. Unlike C/C++ compilers and
many other analysis tools, we don't detect syntax errors. Cppcheck only
detects the types of bugs that the compilers normally fail to detect.
The goal is no false positives. "
