There's an even newer version available right now. And it would be
nice to have it in `sid' anytime soon: it implements the RFC2217 stuff
(serial port control over telnet) which could be nicely used to
implement a PTY master ("virtual serial port") backed by a
RFC2217-compliant terminal server.
