The 1.0.9-4 version of zaptel includes a patch to improve the accuracy
of ztdummy in kernels 2.6, please, see the bug #317297 and [1]

I've tested it on various kernels 2.6, the stable debian's version, one
from ubuntu hoary, a custom, in all of them ztdummy works fine.

This patch uses rtc, please, check the rtc support in the kernel that
you are using. Looks like you don't have the module:
