It does not only Provides docutils-writer-manpage, but it gives a conflict.
burn needs python-docutils and docutils-writer-manpage as builddep.
So that isn't quite correct.
It seems to build indeed without problems, but docutils-writer-manpage
isn't needed anyway.

Since python-docutils (0.6-3) now includes manpage.py the
docutils-writer-manpage is not needed.
Also python-docutils conflicts with docutils-writer-manpage:
* Conflict with utterly broken version of zope3, which infringes
python-docutils namespace.

Yes, but that same version of the ‘python-docutils’ package also
“Provides: docutils-writer-manpage’. So the dependency is still
satisfied without changing the ‘burn’ package.
