This I got after upgrading from etch to lenny and installing the iceowl 
package.

When starting from the command line I get the following errors:
/usr/X11R6/bin/iceowl: line 120: cd: ../lib/iceowl: file or directory not 
found
/usr/X11R6/bin/iceowl: line 260: /usr/X11R6/bin/run-mozilla.sh: file or 
directory not found
