The short description should be useful by itself, something that just «EzGo Accessories» is not; it doesn't tell me what EzGo is, nor what kind of accessories it's about. The extended description contains information about who funded the work, something that should be completely irrelevant to the sysadmin looking at whether or not to install the package.
