At first I had to remove /usr/share/python/python.mk:
debian/rules:6: /usr/share/python/python.mk: No such file or directory
Second I ran in the described bug #552915 thought in the changelog it states:
python-clientform (0.2.10-2.1) unstable; urgency=low
* Non-maintainer upload.
* Be less selective when renaming *.egg-info (closes: #552915).
