the old dexconf from xfree had the paths to XF86Config-4 hard coded in the comments. This version takes the filename on the command line. I'm working up a patch which will allow callers of dexconf to pass a filename to use in the comments. I've discussed a solution with dnusinow. I'll attach a patch to this bug this evening.
