Mention what the comment syntax is for this configuration file.
Mention if it will get overwritten by some GUI etc.
Also perhaps mention these two items inside the file itself.
Same for the other configuration man pages.
Also, e.g., at
SETTINGS
link_detect_tool = <0|1|2>
0 = autodetect
1 = ethtool
2 = mii-tool
flush_tool = <0|1|2>
0 = autodetect
1 = ip
please say what "link_detect_tool", "flush_tool"... are all about.
Several of the man pages have several items without explanation.
