Package: wicd
Version: 1.7.0
Severity: important

wicd connects flawlessly to default wireless connection on startup. It fails to
connect to any other wireless network if one is selected though. Bottom status
bar on wicd GUI indicates that it is attempting to connect to default network
again, no matter what other network was selected. It then fails to connect with
an error: "could not obtain IP." This pertains only to non default networks
with/or without encryption. Once the default network is selected again, it
connects without any problems. I have tried to remove and reinstall wicd with
no avail. I even removed all of network-manager, also no avail. I've given up
and removed wicd completely and replaced it once again with network-manager.
