exactly, actually obexd-server didnt provide the needed interfaces to have bluetooth working on gnome-user-share, and therefore nothing was working. I've uploaded today gnome-user-share 2.28.2-3 that contains a fix for this, which is going back to use obex-data-server that definitely provides what we need. So just wait until it builds and this issue should be fixed. If everything gonna work again for you, please close this bug or tell me to do so.
