No, only Debian (main). It uses app-install-data for data, and
app-install-data will only include files from main for license reasons.

The list should be moved into the distribution classes, so we can
disable it.

If we want to merge this into the upstream tarball (to reduce
differences), I guess it would need a copyright assignment (CCed Michael
so he can give some advice here).

We would also need a way to integrate this into the buildsystem, so we
can switch between Debian and Ubuntu builds depending on the system the
package is built on.
