I agree that dict dictionaries is not really something we want in language tasks. As you say, only the 3 "Serbo-Croatian" languages include these dict dictionaries (/me hopes it is OK to still talk about "Serbo-Croatian" without risking something bad when coming at Debconf 11...:-)) The Serbian dictionaries were probably added when the Serbian translations were added (they come from the CP6Linux custom distribution...my contact was Veselin Mijušković).
