This is caused by an incorrectly sorted index file. Try something like this:
LC_ALL=C sort -t $'\t' -k1,1 -bdf broken.index >working.index Michael -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
