Actually I never care for the urgency ... I once read that it should
be used to make sure that an RC bug does not enter from unstable into
testing, then Frnak told me that he used it to make sure that something
goes into testing faster than normal.
Well, so it be.
I am a bit out of my mind ATM, but does that block the texlive transistion
at the same moment? If yes, that would be a real pain.
