namerserver from resolvconf are not updated
dnsmasq update script for resolvconf uses /lib/resolvconf/list-records.
list-records needs /etc/resolvconf/resolv.conf.d as current directory.

This works for me: the update script is invoked by resolvconf, which
controls the CWD. Could you give a few more details of the state of you
system? What is the contents of /etc/resolv.conf and
/var/run/dnsmasq/resolv.conf? What network interfaces do you have and
how are they configured?
