Hi, Thanks for your bug report. This issue is known upstream and is fixed in version 0.10.0-1. This version depends on a newer version of qbzr. The maintainer of qbzr is currently working on that package. As we have the same sponsor, they will be uploaded together once qbzr is ready. This bug is due to a non-recursive mkdir being used when creating the configuration directory. Running "mkdir -p ~/.bazaar/explorer" will resolve this issue as a temporary work-around.
