Sorry, i can not help much here. 
The seperation into a whitedune and whitedune-docs package was build by 
Philippe Coval.

Maybe the problem is related to the fact, that both the 
binary-indep target and the binary-arch target in the main Makefile calls
"dh_installdocs"...

Hi MUFTI,

I've tested your whitedune 0.28.14-1.1 package and I've found that the
needed fonts are only recommended, but remember that users can choose
not to install those packages, which could lead to a segmentation-fault
again.

On the other hand xfonts-100dpi is not the only package that provides
the needed fonts. So IMHO

recommends: xfonts-100dpi

should be changed to

depends: xfonts-100dpi | xfonts-100dpi-transcoded | xfonts-75dpi |
xfonts-75dpi-transcoded
