Dear tex-k mailing list,
down here in the Debian bug tracking system we've got a bug report
about a broken web link in the dvips info file.
I had a look at all URLs in the document, replaced them if
replacements were found and commented/deleted if no replacements were
found. Note that I didn't do further proofreading.

listed in the info for dvips seems to be a broken link. It just brings up
the main page for emrg.com.
