Its good to hear from you.  Its great you are picking it up again...  :)

I duplicated the error with 7.1.7.  
xabacus -russian -base 36
click the left most bead then click again, then it sticks and corruption
warning is generated...
Warning: corruption (MoveUp)
I can not duplicate the problem though with my latest source.... 7.5.5 ...
so please upgrade.

I added a lot of good stuff since 7.1.7 most notable is the teach mode.
