Thank you for the report. It seemed that Evolution thought all messages are deleted but I'm not very sure about this. This may due to corrupted database. Have you tried your IMAP account on a clean new user's home? Or just move away your ~/.evolution directory and restart from scratch. Could you please report this to upstream?
