Package: bugs.debian.org
Severity: normal

Background: The binNMU 0.7.1-1+b1 has fixed #561303
(http://bugs.debian.org/561303).

But I can't state this via an e-mail to cont...@bugs.debian.org,
because it gets marked as fixed in 0.7.1-1 instead of 0.7.1-1+b1:

I can't imagine that this is on purpose.
