Package: bti Version: 024-1 Severity: wishlist With --verbose, bti outputs dates, and they have the form "Wed Dec 30 19:17", whatever the locales (e.g. LC_TIME settings). bti should use the locales, or better (since there are several forms to output the date in a locale and since not all locales may be available, e.g. on mobile devices), let the user choose the date format, e.g. with a strftime format string.
Or see the coreutils TIME_STYLE environment variable (I don't know if it could easily be reused, though). -- System Information: Debian Release: squeeze/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'stable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.31-1-amd64 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=POSIX, LC_CTYPE=en_US.ISO8859-1 (charmap=ISO-8859-1) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages bti depends on: ii libc6 2.10.2-2 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libcurl3-gnutls 7.19.7-1 Multi-protocol file transfer libra ii libpcre3 7.8-3 Perl 5 Compatible Regular Expressi ii libreadline6 6.0-5 GNU readline and history libraries ii libxml2 2.7.6.dfsg-1 GNOME XML library bti recommends no packages.
