The -m just disables changes to Subject: Content-Type: and the body of
the message. That's it. It'll still add the various X-Spam headers.

If it is actually changing the subject: Content-Type: and body, please
respond to the bug report with your /etc/default/spamass-milter, your
spamassassin local.cf and an example message that has been improperly
modified. If you've changed your initscript for spamass-milter, send
that too.

the system really is there and that it aught to be exited from.
