Package: gparted
Version: 0.5.0-1
Severity: normal

I strongly agree with AnĂbal and Sebastian (of #542941) that gksu should not be
a hard depends. Like Sebastian, I have no intention of installing gksu - I
launch GUI apps that require root priveleges via a root shell.

I disagree with Filipus that the undeclared hard dependency is a serious bug,
and that "policy forbids the current situation", since the gparted binary
itself actually runs fine without gksu, and it's only its desktop file that
doesn't.
