confirmed.  I don't speak R but it looks to me that
man/TeXmacs.Rd might be wrong (written in obsolete style?).
If I splitted TeXmacs.Rd in two files in line #44 and removed
unnecessary \eof then I can build the package successfully.

raju, do you know R?  Or do you have time to ask this problem
in texmacs ML? 
If not I'll ask this problem in debian-devel.
