Thanks to David Faure, we have a fix for this. This will need kdelibs-4.3.4-2 (has a fix in kxmlgui), so I need it before I upload konq-plugins.
If someone is hit by this bug in the meantime, just remove ~/.kde/share/apps/konqueror/kpartplugins/searchbar.rc and restart konqueror -- Xavier Vello
