Package: debhelper
Version: 7.4.10
Severity: wishlist

The default dh rule for "clean" considers missing "distclean"
Makefile target a fatal error.

    dh clean
       dh_testdir
       dh_auto_clean
    ...
    make[2]: Entering directory `/srv/deb/debian/emelfm2/emelfm2-0.7.0'
make[2]: *** No rule to make target `distclean'. Stop.
    make[2]: Leaving directory `/srv/deb/debian/emelfm2/emelfm2-0.7.0'
dh_auto_clean: make -j1 distclean returned exit code 2
    make[1]: *** [clean] Error 9
    make[1]: Leaving directory `/srv/deb/debian/emelfm2/emelfm2-0.7.0'
debuild: fatal error at line 1330:

Perhaps this could be relaxed so that if there is no "distclean", then
this would be only a warning.
