Debian/sid.

I used that dependency because I had thought that ipe required the lua
interpreter. I'll check into this.
If ipe doesn't require the interpreter to run, I will weaken or remove
the dependency as you suggest. If a lua interpreter is required,
perhaps we can find something that is more backwards-compatible.
