Could you enlighten me what's the problem here? All the build-depends are unversioned and new python-docutils provides both docutils-writer-manpage and rst2man. Just to be sure, I checked if these 3 packages are buildable in sid (where docutils-writer-manpage is already uninstallable), and they build fine.
