Well, to install alsa-drivers your self you should do it the debian way. Just install alsa-source and follow /usr/share/doc/alsa-source/RREADME.Debian which is a bit out of date. Tge same procedure is described in /usr/share/doc/module-asistant/HOWTO. Anyway we can't fix bugr wuthin drivers. This should be done upstream by forwarding the bug to https://bugtrack.alsa-project.org/alsa-bug/login_page.php or either to http://mailman.alsa-project.org/mailman/listinfo/alsa-devel- > Patch_nvhdmi.c Code: Thanks for the code, but as told before I cant't verify anything as I doesn't have a NV GS 9300 handy.
